The OU is the SBSUsers OU where SBS put the account at creation so here is the scenerio
User1: jsmith (created in the MyBusiness/Users/SBSUsers OU) User2: BPSAdmin (created in the MyBusiness/Users/SBSUser OU)
Under jsmith account to go properties/security tab add in BPSAdmin to the Group and for that user check off "Send As" and "Receive As" in the Allow column
What Happens..... after about 30 minutes I go back into the properties for jsmith and see that the BPSAdmin account I added in is now gone. Something is going through and "cleaning up" what I just did. I don't know what it is or why it is doing it but without it I have blackberry issues for sending email. This is not a RIM issue but an AD issue
