Particularly, I miss the <Open with> option which allowed me to choose what program to use to open a file... Do you mean you see the same menu options at (a) Select and Right Click (b) Select and Shift and Right Click. The convention is that only item (b) shows both "Open" and "Open with . . . As for your question, I have no idea what may have changed your registry to remove that entry in the context menu. You might want to add that web sites to your Favorites in case it happens again.
