Hi guys, I think im in trouble now..my laptop was working properly until suddenly it crashes with the blue screen shown up before the system reboot. The problem on the blue screen was due to the display driver.after a few restarts I cant start as whenever it is supposed to come to welcome screen nothing happened and the blue screen showed up again , it said the display driver can not be reloaded....i went to safe mode , then uninstall display driver , i was able to start properly , then my window vista automatically reinstall the display driver then when i restart my system , the error appeared again , i cant start and the blue screen shown up. I got pissed off so I started reinstalling my vista. But the problem still persists , same exact problem "the display driver failed and can not be reloaded" ... I run the startup repair utility and it says that it has a root cause "failure when setup is in progress"...and i cant fix it. Someone help me pls? I dont know well about computer but I think my display driver or display card definitely got the problem!! Thank you guys -- babykid87

well you know enough to unnistall a driver do you know what video card you have (or if its intergrated??) if not what brand and model computer are you using??? ok install vista go into safe mode and go start and type in msconfig go to the boot tab and then check on the base video tab... can you start the system normally with that??? if you know your video card go online and download the lastest driver install it then when it says if you want to restart click no open the start menu and type msconfig again and uncheck base video... restart and see if the problem happens... babykid87;920287 Wrote: > Hi guys, > I think im in trouble now..my laptop was working properly until > suddenly it crashes with the blue screen shown up before the system > reboot.
