anytime you receive an Office/Outlook update from Windows Update, Microsoft
Update, or Office Update, Outlook will be reset as the default email
program, so you'll need to keep an eye on this. Note also that you should
NOT ALLOW your AntiVirus application to scan your email. Email scanning is
totally redundant, it offers NO additional protection whatsoever, it creates
problems where there are none, and your system is FULLY protected WITHOUT
it, provided you keep the resident file system scanner up to date.
