Kevin Millar posted this reply on another newsgroup and it works.
Try this: Open "My Computer" and click on "Tools" - "Folder Options" - "File Types". Scroll down and see if you have a registered viewer for files with a ".TIF" extension. If not, click on "New" and type in "TIF" (without a dot or quotes). Click on "OK". Then, with the "TIF" extension highlighted, click on "Change" and select the viewer you wish to use for these file types.
