You need to tell us what you see on the screen when you use your browser to open www.google.com or 74.125.43.103 (no "www" or "http" in front!). You should also tell us what you see when you ping these two addresses from a Command Prompt: www.google.com and 74.125.43.103. Don't do it from the Start/Run box - it has to be a Command Prompt!
