adobe dreamweaver won't start on vista home premium mankind <mankind.3kcc8l[ at ]no-mx.forums.vistaheads.com> 12/13/2008 4:43:44 AM It was first macromedia dreamweaver 8 that won't start on my vista,it gets to 'initializing files' and the interface disappears. I went further to adobe dreamweaver cs3,after a complete installation,it would hang on getting to 'initializing files' whenever i try to open it. You're having problems with an Adobe product and you're assuming it's a Vista problem? Interesting. What does Adobe (or Macromedia) support have to say about your issue? Do they even claim the versions you are trying to install are Vista-compatible? I'd try here: http://www.adobe.com/support/
