using remote to control monitor
gigster99 11/19/2008 7:16:01 PM
I've read about MCE remote control for Windows Media Center. Most monitors
can be dimmed. How would I send a signal from the MCE remote control to dim a
monitor. Think of it like muting sound. Except in this case I want to reduce
the light from the monitor by, say, 50%. Have not purchased a monitor yet, so
will look at models that can be remotely dimmed.

When you find a monitor or monitors that meets your requirements please post
the link(s) in this thread since I may be interested in them also.
