Please, post the entire error message. You can also post any recent error reports from Event Viewer: Start | Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Event Viewer If you come across a recent error, double-click on it and click on the Copy button (upper right-hand corner below the down arrow button). Then you will be able to paste that information in your next post. By the way, what is the name of the installation file you downloaded to your desktop?
