unable to load SP3 proinwv 12/26/2008 8:11:00 PM I have tried several times to load SP3, both from CD and downloading. Each time it fails and I have a message "error occurred while copying file beethov9.wma" and also "cannot copy file to destination directory." What do I have to do to solve this problem?? Paul
