That's impossible to answer by osmosis (the technique of knowing
anything about the remote at a distance, by some form of advanced
magic)
The first step should be to consult the printed manual supplied with
the remote, following the steps near to the programming section but
probably labelled something like "To reset the remote to factory
settings".
If you've thrown away the printed manual, try the manufacturers
website, or a CD which may have been supplied with the device.
