If this is SBS 2003 have you tried RWW, and if so, why are you not still using it? If you have not tried it, you should find it both easier and cheaper than a paid third party subscription, particularly if, as it seems from your post, there are several of your co workers also with subscriptions. In this case it may or may not work depending on the present condition of the server, but we have found that for the most part one can RWW to ones desktop and to the repairs necessary without either being physically present or using a third party solution.
Note that all of this depends on the present condition of the server. Your only solution might be to go physically to the server and press hard plastic buttons.
I have done this many times before without issue - > but this week after the SP2 update I am unable to access the server with > my > usual credentials.
