I have installed WSUS on Windows 2008 File Server which also a DHCP. When I click on Unassigned Computer icon, there is no computer in the list. If its You'll find most of the GPOs on: "Computer Configuration" -> "Administrative Templates" -> "Windows Components" -> "Windows Update". Do not download all languages for all products it uses vast amounts of space. Most products only become available to select after the first sync with MS.
