There are many known and probably reasons for this that could be the reasons for your issues.
Since this is now the THIRD separate thread discussing your WSUS Server, all of which are probably releated to the same issue, I'll wait until you're done creating new threads, compile all of the bits of information from each thread, and maybe we'll be able to identify the issue.
