Cookie needed?
"Bikini Browser" <delete.bikini.this.browser[ at ]gmail.com> 10/27/2008 3:09:04 AM
Hey folks!

I was wondering if WSUS leaves any kind of cookie on the Workstation
computers for any reason?

I usually run a third party clean up program that cleans out all the trash
files and cookies once a month. I noticed that some of the computers are
not getting the updates from WSUS anymore. I looked for a pattern and I
think I noticed that the Computers that have run the cleanup uitility are
the ones that are not getting the updates. At least it seems that way.

So whats up with that? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Not of the type you could/would clean out with a script.

There are many known and probably reasons for this that could be the reasons
for your issues.

Since this is now the THIRD separate thread discussing your WSUS Server, all
of which are probably releated to the same issue, I'll wait until you're
done creating new threads, compile all of the bits of information from each
thread, and maybe we'll be able to identify the issue.

=OR=

You could post a single thread with ALL of the information.. and we can work
from there.
