You could just ignore the problem if you want, honestly with 4 gigs of ram you shouldn't have to hit the HD too often for virtual memory.
Drop the D: drive from your virtual memory settings, no reason to use 2 drives. Leave the size settings to automatic. Assuming you're running NTFS file system there shouldn't be any issue running Vista 32 bit with that setup.
In actuality Vista will only utilize about 3.5 gigs ram, but you probably won't notice the difference between Vista 32 and Vista 64
Either way, upgrade to 64-bit, or don't.
