Black screen while re-connecting RDP session Sujay_yogi 12/23/2008 9:55:01 PM When I connect to a disconnected session on a server with a user account, my screen goes black and the server is not responding to any keyboard signals (Ctrl+Alt+Delete / Ctrl+Alt+End). I could see only the Server version at right bottom of the screen and the mouse works but the session doesn't come back alive. I have to kill the session and lose all my data. The user account is not an Administrator on that server and it is member of Remote Desktop Users. The server is Win2k3 server, standard Edition with Service Pack 2 which is configured as default remote administration mode with 2 allowed connections. The 'Restrict each user to one session' is set to 'No' in the Server settings under Terminal Service Configuration. I have been searching for solution for this problem but couldn't find a good one.
