Sounds like DNS problem:

Make sure domain internal to use only the domain DNS servers and no externals.
Also a description of your network topology will be helpful, how many DC's
and sites, how are they connected and what OS are you using with which SP's
installed.
Did you run the support tools "dcdiag /v", "netdiag /v" and "repadmin /showrepl"
to check for errors on and between the DC's? For this tools you have to install
the support\tools\suptools.msi from the 2000 or 2003 installation disk.
I suggest you post to a spanish? NG, because here are not so many people
with your language.
