Essentially the same answer. The handheld OS, which actually predates the first PPC OS I mentioned below, also isn't supported by WMDC. The 680 was a nice device though...actually still is as a standalone unit. You'd have to dig up a PC running XP or earlier, and snag a copy of ActiveSync 3.8 or earlier.
