I am installing W2K8 Ent x64 in a Boot from SAN scenario. HP DL480c Server
and IBM DS4700 storage. The server sees the storage no problem. The issue is
that W2K8 will only install on a LUN (vDisk) of 133GB size or greater. If the
LUN is smaller than that (133GB) I get an error - windows could not create a
partition on Disk 0. The error occurred while preparing the computers system
volume. Error code 0x80070013.
I installed W2K3 Ent R2 x64 with no problem on 20GB and 40GB LUNs. I also
installed W2K8 Ent x64 on the local 72GB HDD drives with no problem.
I would really appreciate any assistance with this issue.
