may be you can do one thing..! In place ugrade with 2008 32 bit, after successful upgreade, hae a second system win2008 64bit join to upgreaded DC and transfer all the role to 64bit DC and then remove the 32bit DC..! this is judt an idea, please consult with microsoft support before doing any activity..! -- Thaks
