Location of a subdomain Jose Santos <js[ at ]hotmail.com> 10/15/2008 4:19:44 PM Hi everybody! I have created a non-AD-integrated DNS-Zone with a subdomain. The subdomain has no resource-records yet, so it is still empty. My question is: where is that subdomain saved? If you got a "domain.test" zone there is a file named "domain.test.dns". For the subdomain named "sub.domain.test" there would be another file named "sub.domain.test.dns" in the some folder. Cheers!
