Standard Secondary zones due not replicate, but rather use a zone transfer method from the DNS server holding the Standard Primary zone to the machine holding the Secondary Standard zone. Zones will transfer, by default, using IXFR, which means when things change on the Primary, and only the things that got changed, get transferred. Not timeable.
Now if you are talking about AD Integrated zones, there are no "primary" or "secondary" zones per se as in the Standard zone type. An AD Integrated zone is stored in the actual AD database and all DCs that host the zone will pull the zone data from the AD database. The AD database will replicate between respective DCs (factors include domain, forest and what type of replication scope the zone is set to) based on the AD replication process, which is automatic. In a Site, they will replicate changed objects almost immediately, but across Sites, they are governed by the Replication times and schedule set on the Site connector.
