I have tried both static assignments and DHCP. I just moved it to a new NIC it pulled a new IP address and still it reverted back to the 192 address. I'm up to 6 additional MCSE's that can't figure out where the update is happening from so I just reset it and we are going to turn off the server and wait the hour to make sure it's not the member server causing the address change. Totally at a loss here.
