Upgrading to R2 from Windows Server 2003 SP2 frank 12/30/2008 7:47:00 AM We are in the process of upgrading our 2 node MSCS cluster with Windows Server 2003 SP2, connected to IBM Storage via Fibre Channel, to Windows Server 2003 R2. In my case I had som errors with HBA drivers the drivers are old and had nothing to do with SP2 or R2. What I did with the cluster was failover to node 1 and update node 2 to R2 , failover to node 2 and update. No problem's [ at ] all but remember if you server has problems you may solve them first. One version is with sp2 included. We have the first one, Windows Server 2003 R2 with sp1 included (2 CDs) Our Servers are already at SP2. Can I proceed anyway with disc 2 of windows server 2003 r2 with sp1 included in order to install FSR (File Server Resource manager) on top of my already SP2 servers?
