Hello there! Restore previous versions is not working on Windows Server Terminal Server. The situation: We have a file server, a terminal server and a backup server. All are running Windows Server 2008. All data files are stored on a volume on the file server. The files are shared and used on the terminal server. DPM 2007 is installed on the backup server. It has an agent on the file server. A protection group is configured to backup the volume with data files on the file server. Some recovery points have been created successfully. And now we are trying to get a previous version of a file or folder. The problem: When the terminal services role is not installed on the terminal server get previous versions works fine. When we install the terminal services role on the terminal server we get “There is no previous versions availableâ€. It seems that there is no searching for previous versions. There are previous versions on any other server without terminal services and on any workstation. When we uninstall the terminal services role from the terminal server get previous versions is working again. Can you tell me how to get restore previous versions working on a server with terminal services role installed?
Thank you, Daniella Slavcheva i-Gram
