2 Errors during Upgrade "John" <a> 12/24/2008 12:47:21 AM I have just upgraded my WSUS from version 3.0 to WSUS 3.0 with SP1 by running WSUSSetup_30SP1_x86.exe on top of existing WSUS 3.0 installation. The upgrade took approximately 15 minutes during which 2 errors are logged. They are shown below. My question is: - is this normal? I've restarted Windows Server 2003 after upgrading WSUS. No errors are shown after the restart. Here are the 2 errors: (btw, they appear as chinese characters on this post but the original error show all boxes - as if they're unknown characters in my WinServer 2003 SP2) Event Type: Error Event Source: Perflib Event Category: None Event ID: 1005 Date: 12/23/2008 Time: 4:14:24 PM User: N/A Computer: WSUS30SP1 Description: Unable to locate the open procedure "?!????!?!" in DLL "C:\WINDOWS\system32\sqlctr90.dll" for the "MSSQL$MICROSOFT##SSEE" service. Performance data for this service will not be available. The Error Status is the first DWORD in the attached data.
