There are SIX different updates associated with KB951618, so part of the question depends on which one of those six you're asking about.
But... on my WSUS Server, I have the following:
[1] Update for Windows Server 2008 for Itanium-based Systems (KB951618) - release date 8/12/2008 - superceded by Update for Windows Server 2008 for Itanium-based Systems (KB954366). - the update has a superceded icon
[2] Update for Windows Server 2008 x64 Edition (KB951618) - release date 8/12/2008 - superceded by Update for Windows Server 2008 x64 Edition (KB954366) - the update has a superceded icon
[3] Update for Windows Server 2008 (KB951618) - release date 8/12/2008 - superceded by Update for Windows Server 2008 (KB954366) - the update has a superceded icon
[4] Update for Windows Vista for x64-based Systems (KB951618) - release date 9/9/2008 - superceded by Update for Windows Vista for x64-based Systems (KB954366) - the update has a superceded icon
[5] Update for Windows Vista (KB951618) - release date 9/9/2008 - superceded by Update for Windows Vista (KB954366) - the update has a superceded icon
[6] Update for Windows XP (KB951618) - release date 9/9/2008 - this update is current (no supercession) - the update has no supercession icon
