I just discovered that I can add a supersedence icon to the view in WSUS 3.0 SP1. As I was going down the list, I discovered that #951618 has the icon for "supersedes another update" but under the details it says "superseded by another update." It isn't one of those that falls under both categories. Can anyone explain this apparent discrepancy?

There are SIX different updates associated with KB951618, so part of the question depends on which one of those six you're asking about.
