Marty: The MS TechNet article at http://technet2.microsoft.com/windowsserver/en/library/721d744c-74e0-4b3b-bf7a-753d5bf52bdb1033.mspx?mfr=true gives installation instructions for WS2003 which should be the same for XP x64. One note is that the recovery console has to match the version (SP1 or SP2) that you're running. Have a great day.
