Can't access Help & Support on my new Vista installation jb5qld 5/5/2007 2:07:00 AM When I click Help & Support the window comes up blank, then a pop-up tells me Internet Explorer unable to access this site. The requested site is unavailable or cannot be found, please try later. This has been going on since I yesterday when I turned the computer on for the first time, yet I can access everything else on the internet. What do I need to do?
