NFS server wont start Alexander 5/12/2007 1:21:00 PM Hi all, I'm running a Windows Server 2003 R2 x64 and want to run Microsoft Services for NFS on it. However I get errors in the system log telling me.... \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\msnfsflt.sys has been blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver. I have checked with another server running the same OS and I have installed the Microsoft Services for NFS on that server aswell and it works fine. There's nothing special here, it's pretty straight forward. Now getting connections that are properly authenticated can be tricky, especially if you're still using User Name Mapping, but the service not starting is a new one. I'd start by looking at what is different between the server that works and the one that doesn't.
