Thanks everyone for the help in this area. I was successful in removing the unwanted Open With Application, but unfortunately when I start that application, it re-enters the Open With again. I looked in the application, and it's not user set, so I guess I will have to live with it. By the way, the application is Corel Painter Essentials 3.
