File Properties - Changing The Defaults

How can I change the default identifying information that appears in the
file properties dialog box for my Office 2003 applications? Thank you in
advance!

1. Open that particular file.
2. Click File menu and then click Properties.

Hopefully, you were asking for the same.

Let us know!

Thank you for your reply.

The method you described will change the properties for the current file
only. Is there a way to change what displays as the default user
information that displays for newly created files? In particular, I would
like to prevent the "company" name from appearing.
