What you need to check is Program Shortcuts. Log on to your brother's Personal Setting and note down all the Programs listed in All Programs as well on Desktop. Check all of the shortcuts are available in your setting too.
Copy all of his stuff like My Documents, My Picture, Music, Favorites to another drive or on a Removable Media. Create a System Restore Point in case something happens.
If you are still not so sure then Disbale the account instead of deleting it. You can do it through by logging into Administrator account (yours): Right-click on My Computer and choose Manage. Click Local Users and Groups. Expand to Users. Double-click the User Name and make a check mark on "Account is disabled". This way it will being removed from the Welcome Screen but will still remain in your Computer.
Hope this help, let us know!
