As stated by Jerry but do not change your C drive. Other drives / partitions you can change to any unused letter. If you wish to change to a letter already in use you need to change that drive / partition first to make that letter available. Take care how you change letters which affect drive paths for a lot of files e.g. if you use links in spreadsheets and also default paths.
