Hi jay22,
Outlook does not use "Identities", Outlook Express does. You can create
additional "Profiles" using the Mail applet in Control Panel, but you can't
switch between Profiles the way you switch between Identities in Outlook
Express.....you have to close Outlook and then reopen it in the chosen
Profile. For some versions of Outlook (2000, for example) you have to install
it in "Corporate/Workgroup Mode" in order to be able to create multiple
profiles.
