Re-installing XP TennisGuy 6/19/2007 11:35:33 PM Hi, I am attempting to re-install Windows XP (SP2) on my laptop, (HP Compaq nc 6400)I want to format the HD. I boot from my Windows CD and Windows does not see my HD (I am assuming Windows cannot see the HD because it is a SATA drive). I have copied the drivers to a USB key, but during "Windows Setup" I am asked to put my "support disk into Drive A:". I do not have an A: drive. Please help. -- Thanks.
