How to skip avi programmatically? wk <saurabh9[ at ]gmail.com> 5/1/2007 11:08:18 AM Hi, When I am playing mpg or avi files in Windows Media Player, I need to write a plugin, which can automatically skip video from say time 01:00:00 to 01:30:00 while the video is playing. Is this possible? Can anybody point me to the correct direction to proceed? I am brand new to developing plugins for WMP so am pretty clueless at the moment :p

I need to build a regular plugin, so that anybody can install it on his installed WMP and use the added functionality.

Embedded in an application or web page, or remoted so that it appears as the full WMP application. There might be other ways but I don't know about them.
