Cannot install DRM upgrade, button grayed out franklinhu[ at ]yahoo.com 4/25/2007 5:00:51 AM I goto the DRM upgrade page: http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/en/indivit.asp The upgrade button is grayed out and I cannot click it to perform the upgrade. I installed media player 11 and it asks to do the upgrade, but seemingly cannot do it and now I cannot play any of the songs I have paid for. I also have a problem trying to watch Netflix watch now movies since it cannot do the upgrade. Can anyone help? fhudrm

I disabled all firewalss etc and still cannot get it to work. Re: Cannot install DRM upgrade, button grayed out jutras.marc[ at ]gmail.com 7/6/2007 11:48:28 PM I searched for a while and found a possible solution I found a site that tells you how to downgrade from WMP 11 to 10 The first time after I downgraded, "watch now" in Netflix worked After that though it began to complain about me running out of "watch now" time Part of the problem was that I left it downloading the movie with WMP 11 the whole night and that counted for a couple hours of watching time It still says I have 12 hours left so it should work Im not sure if this is a WMP 10 compatibility problem or if it is Netflix messing up Here is the downgrade website http://thesource.ofallevil.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/11/readme.aspx#AddingorremovingthePlayer Tell me if this works for you
