Is there any way of getting a TV Tuner working in Server 2008 Beta 3?

I just tried two programs, BeyondTV 4.61 and Power Cinema 5 and neither one
will work in this beta. BeyondTV sees my tuner but has an asterick next to
it, and says that it cannot be used?
Thanks for any info about this.
