when i go to windows DVD MAKER to burn a movie that i have downloaded... in
the menu options i change the screen to such as wigescreen or rectangle
widescreen and so on...when the movie is finished burning i put it in my dvd
player and it has the movie boxed in with 2 inches of black bars on all four
sides...i've tried most all of the settings and it always ends up in the
miiddle of the black box. is there any adjustment that i can change to have
the movie play with a full screen.

im having the same problem....its not the tv. it looks the same on the
computer. if you just watch the movie thats saved on the computer its
fine....but when you save it to a dvd it gets the border all the way around
it- even if you watch it on your computer again. the menu screen looks
fine. ive gotten the latest codecs installed but thats all i know...do we
need to change any of them?
