I'm sorry, I forgot to get back to this since I spent 2.5 hrs online chatting with 2 different Dell techs. I found that not only had I lost Windows Media audio, I had lost all Windows audio too. The 2nd tech found that the default speaker setting had been changed during either the Skype or Webcam install. Everything is working fine again.
