Need help with buring a CD, (new to it)
kuntrypair 6/7/2007 3:51:00 PM
To start off for some reason I can not rip this cd to the computer, its a
copy in mp3 form and had 177 songs on it. First can I burn a cd with the
other one playing? Then how do I get it on one cd like it is. If anyone is
willing to walk me through this I would be very greatful. I'm wanting to make
this cd for my father-in-law for his B-Day.... Please help, and Thank you.

Sounds like the CD may have DRM on it and if thats the case you won't be able
to rip it. The CD itself may also be damaged or corrupted, look for any
fingerpoints and/or scratches on the CD and remove them. I would try
inserting the CD in your drive and doing an explore, select say 10-20 songs
at a time and see if you can drag them to folder on your hard drive. You
could also try using a friends computer to see if the files can used from
his/her computer. Worst case scenerio is that you may have to find all the
songs and start all over.
