Windows operating system rights jami_kat 7/6/2007 11:18:01 PM I am trying to update my realplayer and once the download is complete a setup error box pops up. It says: As a restricted user you do not have adequate windows operating system rights to use this program to install software. Please contact your system administrator for help. Can someone please explain this to me?

Go to Control Panel....User accounts..........and check to see if you are just a User.....
