Task Scheduler / Windows Explorer
"David Morgan \(MAMS\)" <findme[ at ]m-a-m-s.comC/Odm> 6/18/2007 9:14:23 AM
1).
What are the odds of turning off about 95% of what Task Scheduler
in Home Basic has installed as scheduled tasks?

2).
Using Windows Explorer to browse contents of the C: drive, why is
there no reverse to the search path? Hitting the 'back' arrow from
any location in the directory tree takes me to immediately to My
Name / My Documents.

3).
Why am I (as administrator and single user) not allowed access to the
trash when I try to discard the MSN folder from the programs list in the
directory tree?

TIA,

David Morgan (MAMS)

1. about as much as pigs can fly. there are lots of stuff that needs to =
run.
you might check here to see if there are some services you can turn off.

the little arrows between the folder names.
click on that arrow displays the other contents of that folder.

try dragging it to the recycle bin.

OK Mikey.... I've turned off 95% of all scheduled tasks and see no
detrimental results what-so-ever.

Thank you.

Care to explain that?
