Most people (including me) don't want to spend the time to learn how to use bcdedit properly. That's why vistabootpro.org created the VistaBootPro gui front-end for bcdedit which does the hard part for you automatically.
After installing VistaBootPro just click the Boot icon to install the Vista boot manager using the 'all drives' option.
