Could it be a dirty or damaged install disk? Anyway...after creating the Virtual Machine... open it and click...Start. Wait until you see: 'Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device' (It may be slow to appear) Place the WinXP Disk in your CD/DVD Drive. The: Install Options screen should appear. (If the screen doesn't not appear...and if you have more than one optical drive...try the other one after a reboot...) (To reboot...Go to...Action / Ctrl - Alt + Delete...Or...Right - Alt + Delete) After you have the install completed... go to...Action...and select...
