version of Vista?
There are several ways to do this, depending on the system. If this is Vista
Business, Enterprise, or Ultimate, you can display a message of your choice
each time the system is started or each time someone logs on using the Group
Policy Editor.
You can do the same thing with Home Basic or Home Premium, although it's a
bit more complicated.
