The Dell website says Vista Home Premium, almost certainly the 32bit
version, and Dell will probably supply the restore material for a price..
ask them..

Hello PiGuy,

You should of gotten direction from Dell on how to create a restore disk
because most laptops will not come with a disk they figure you create your
own (cost savings). I bought an HP laptop recently and instructed to create
a "one time" restore disk.
