Business Contact manager hangs while installing. I downloaded the SP4 for
Outlook which addresses the compatibility issue with Vista but Business
Contact Manager needs to be installed before applying the service pack. I
can't install the BCM software so I can't fix the BCM software with the
service pack.
The installation hangs during the "installing new services" portion. Any
suggestions on how to fix this problem?
I am running Vista 32bit Business - on Dell Precision 390. Brand new
machine, this was the last piece of software that I needed to install.
