What *policy* is applied to those replica servers? Where are they supposed to be getting their updates from? What target group(s) did you assign your replica server(s) to? Are they reporting to the assigned *update* server? Are they contacting the assigned update server at all? Are the update(s) approved for installation for the assigned target group(s) that contain these replica servers?
What results do you get from running the Client Diagnostic Tool on the replica server(s)?

OR... maybe you've configured AU Option #3 for these servers (recommended, btw) and nobody's actually installed the updates that have been detected?
I see that the pie chart(s) show that 'admin4094' needs 5 updates.
Which five updates are these that are needed?
Are these "Needed" updates actually APPROVED for INSTALLATION in the target group that this replica server belongs to?
